Kathleen Hinwood BA Pilates Instructor Kathleen is a qualified member of The Body Control Pilates Association, currently teaching in the City and Canary Wharf. As a member of Body Control, Kathleen must continue to further her knowledge and expertise. An annually assessed criteria and appraisal has to be fulfilled to remain a member of the organisation. This enables Kathleen to keep abreast of new developments in any Pilates based methods or related health and fitness areas.
